Creativity...

I love taking pictures. With the limitation of Picasa, Picnik and Lightroom i have enjoyed transforming my photos into art. I enjoy the act of taking an ordinary item and making someone see something new. That is what i feel true artistry accomplishes.   Here are a few i took this week.  

"Paradise Lost"?

    I took the afternoon off to see my daughter in

   Eric Whitacre’s “Paradise Lost”, with my mother-in-law. 

     The theater was beautiful and the music was superb. There were 200 students from different colleges and high schools that participated in this Readers Theater.  With only the words and music, it was still very exciting.  Looking forward in hearing more from this talented producer and composer.
